Vinification
The grapes are harvested at their peak ripeness: Chardonnay at the end of August and Khatun Kharji in the first half of September. The bunches are destemmed and pressed. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for one month. This distinctive blend of grapes produces a reined bouquet of yellow fruits and lemon peel, complemented by notes of honey and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a balanced acidity.
